Common reasons people get stuck (pick the one that fits):
1. "I don't have time right now"
→ Fair. Schedule it instead: pick a specific 10-minute slot today and put it in your calendar.
2. "I don't understand what to do"
→ Re-read the action box in the email. If it's still unclear, just do the smallest possible thing (even 2 minutes).
3. "It feels overwhelming or too hard"
→ Make it smaller. Cut the time in half (5 minutes instead of 10). Do the messiest version. Something rough is better than nothing.
4. "I don't feel like it / I'm tired / low energy"
→ Do your calming tool first (60 seconds of EFT, shaking, brain dump, or breathing). Then try 5 minutes. If still stuck, take your capsules and wait for the next email — no guilt.
5. "I've already fallen behind / missed too many"
→ You don't need to catch up. Just do TODAY's action. That's it. Restarting is progress.
6. "I don't think this will help / I'm skeptical"
→ That's fine. You don't have to believe it will work. Just try it once as an experiment. 10 minutes. See what happens.
